Refund policy

Please understand we are a small business and returns/refunds are detrimental to us, but we stand by our product and always want you to have the best quality item!

RETURNS
Not Accepted:
- Items purchased in the wrong size, or in the wrong color-way. (Unfortunately, since items are made to order, and size charts are available - we cannot accept returns on these items).
- Sale Items, or Gift Cards.

Accepted:
- Flawed items*. This meaning the item arrived to you with a flaw. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
*Item must be unworn / unused, and in its original packaging.
- Please contact us if you believe you should be eligible for a return, we always want to make it right! 

To start a return, you can contact us at giveartbyamber@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
